and print your "application confirmation which includes your membership

3) Call your selected Dentist from(step 1)and set an appointment. Let
them know you are an AmeriPlan® member and if you have tooth pain or a dental
emergency, request a same day or next day appointment.
Your AmeriPlan®
membership cards and membership kit will arrive within 10 business days. However
you do not need to wait to get the card to see the Dentist.
